This “IS” the same Mark Arvilla I worked with at the State Dept. He painted a picture of me back in the 70′s of me sitting with a Cowboy Hat on. He sent me the the Pencil drawing and a photo of the finished painting he was putting in UMD exibit. Do you still have that Painting?
